What is M.M.A.C.?


M.M.A.C. stands for Movement, Mindfulness, Awareness, and Contemplation. In this class we will move through a series of stretches, functional movements, while practicing to become more aware and mindful. Throughout the class there will be moments of rest that will include time for contemplation (for example, gratitude).
