Move Into Alignment- Find Your Neutral
This is a one-month (8 session) program. We meet twice per week to teach you how to find your body's neutral position and how to maintain neutral as you exercise and move through life.
Starting June 2020
Move through a series of stretches, functional movements, while practicing to become more aware and mindful. Throughout the class there will be moments of rest that will include time for contemplation.
