M.M.A.C. stands for Movement, Mindfulness, Awareness, and Contemplation. In these sessions we will move through a series of stretches, functional movements, while practicing to become more aware and mindful. Throughout the session there will be moments of rest that will include time for contemplation (for example, gratitude).
Each week we will focus on a different area of the body and mind.
Sessions are done over Zoom unless otherwise specified.
